Renovation Sale, Additional Service Case Study

March 2020 I sold 13 Brazeel St Blackburn South. We auctioned the property and achieved above expectations for the sale of the home. But this sale was more than just a result, it was the six months leading up to the result that is highlighted in this video. We interview the vendor's of the home immediately after the auction to understand their thoughts on the sale process, not just want the public saw but the additional services provided to renovate the home and finish the work started by the vendors to present the home in its best light.
